You have no one at Kabam that has the slightest clue on how the game is played. Specials not activating is like driving a car a night without lights.
Every pot used should be refunded.

Going to be really frustrating when it comes to serious stuff that doesn't allow any screw-ups, like a last minute Dormammu fight or trying to kill the AW boss that determines the outcome of war. Really really hope they fix this as fast as possible.
