who said he was getting buffed? Also, he doesn’t need to be a new beyond god tier, just needs to be a solid, decent tech rank up option.

Civil Warrior is a tune up champ I think. His kit overall is pretty solid. Extend the heal block and up his damage and I think he’d be a decent option

Might not need to be beyond god tier but I’d love it if he was.
At least make it so I can hit for higher than 10k or so with all crits on his SP2 with my 4/55 one.

In my opinion he does deserve to be beyond its Captain America were talking about like he knows martial arts and posses stark tech meaning his already powerful enough to take on most champs not even mention his shield carrys an arc reactor so again I do agree he deserves to be beyond but again if this guy makes it to at least solid ill be good with that but I have faith that kabbam will make this champion good.

I hope he can heal reverse too, the heal block is nice but heal reverse would be nice too lol

Hopefully he has the same treatment as colousus were more armors give 20% attack rating but reach passive it at least should give 60%
