why is my profile different than player name????? no one will help me. not even kabamm

    click top right corner then you will see account settings then click change icon.

    If you mean in game from when you chat vs your profile, its Prestige Vs PI

    What exactly are you saying? Sometimes forum names and in game names will be different depending on what's available respectively.

    it's supposed to be spidy stealth rank 60 player name 1970bear. kabamm just put anyone on my account. they refuse to help. asking dumb security question. why would i want someone else account when i work so on my own???? i deserve explaining.instead the close me out and say there is no issue.

    ah you probably selected a diffrent champion as your profile, go to stats, profile change icon then you are good to go.

    Anyways, for @1970bigbear , the Forum Pic can be selected in Profile here. For everyone who has not selected a specific one, it will change from time to time as new champs are released and the “default” profile pic is updated to one of the new champs every now and then.

    As for Game Pic, that is selectable too, go to your game profile, then upper left area you can change Pic (and Title).

    But (might be the case for you) if you have not selected one in game, and just let it default to your Top Champ, there is a difference between which “Top Champ” is seen by others and which one you see yourself. You see your Profile Pic in game based on Top Champ including all your Mastery Setup, while others see your top one without having the Masteries taken into account (and yes, sometimes that will mean it's a different champ).

    yep. he's not talking about his profile pic. he's talking about his name. and i mentioned that sometimes (depending on if the name is available) you may not get the same forum name as your in game name.

    having spoken to him in private, he says his forum name was already 1970bear but somehow it got changed. so he's gonna have to get with a forum moderator.

    thank you. I synchronized all my accounts. thats what happened. i have player in google account and hotmail almost same name. i really hate computers. no wonder i am all screwed up. now i can't access my profile page. locked in here somewhere.
