With the recovery mastery i see it happen all the time but yeah absent the recovery mastery it doesn’t show a heal or direct damage.

In the arena the ultron’s I face heal based on the 70% chance but when you face an ultron without he recovery mastery (like the duel target) they do not show a heal.

But this could be because of willpower right? I'm asking about the heal from basic hits
