Transfering of units to another account

I would like to ask if i can delete my old accounts permanently & transfer their units on my new created account? To whom I could request this concern? Thanks

If you have gifting badges you can send things to your primary account but that's probably going to be the best you'll get

He's just joking. If you wanted to transfer items, you wouldn't need a middle man. You could just follow DaMunk's advice.
