Magneto nerfed!?

Has anyone noticed that magneto prowess caps at 42 ish? I was hitting over 60 prowess aginst metal Champs when he was first buffe! Didn't kabam Mike say that he should cap at 99 aginst metal Champs?

Yeah has anyone noticed that the small prowess,is stated that they reach 40 max and they only reach 30 or is it just me?

Why wasn’t he gaining prowess charges against hb? He was early in the fight and stopped. I have a video but don’t know how to post

He has 40 max when he just gets the prowess from charging his heavy. If you knock the opponent down 59 more times, then you get to max prowess (99)

Hulk buster has AAR? vs mags shouldnt they be negated by magnetism even if he did but I dont see that in his description
