Can you get double offers during cyber weekend/july fourth if you progress a tier on that day?

Hi just wondering if this is possible...
Like if I'm currently uncollected, then purchase the deals, then become cavalier, will the cavalier deals appear or nah?

I believe it worked like that for July 2019, but not sure about 2020, imo you should push for cav to save money lolol

Historically you could get both. Will likely be the same this year.
