YES! I took mine to rank 5 a few weeks ago and it's no question for me why he is in the conversation for best mutant champ in the game. The immunities and armor make him very sustainable, and when he gets ramped up he can really hit like a truck. Suicides are not necessary, but they of course will up his damage if you ever decide to go that route. When you say no synergies do you mean you don't have any of the synergy camps or you just don't plan on using them? Either way, he is a fantastic champ! If you have the resources, then I would recommend you go for it!

I think so. Besides the stuff everyone else will say about Colossus, i.e. his intrinsic tankiness, his high damage, his immunities in general, I think a lot of people forget his awakened ability has a chance to give him an armor stack every time his immunities protect him from an effect. For example, on caltrops nodes you can just dash back constantly and quickly build up armor, which simultaneously makes him more tanky and increases his damage. This is an underrated ability.

Uhm no one underestimated his awakened ability. I think that's also mainly the reason why he needs to be high sig. For higher chance to make those armor permanent.

Yeah he’s one of my most used champs, I don’t use suicides. He’s R5 worthy on his own, with synergies he’s got some of the best damage output in the game
