Today's root bugged?

Hi, I've played todays root quest and found out I can't block while rooted (or in better words, any enemy attack breaks my block, which I surely held).

Is this happening to anyone else? And if so is it really bug or intended?

I did it and didn’t have that issue

But I also only saw root a few times because I pretty much only used mags and Medusa. I used ghost on two fights but I didn’t block much

I didn’t have that particular issue but I found root more active. The first 2-3 days I got it maybe in 3 fights each day. And maybe once or twice per fight. Today it was higher in volume, both in fights and the amount of times in fights.

That's because there is a different variation of the root node each day
