No he is not. Wish he was. I would really like 3 * OG Vision. I am hoping the 6* comes out again soon passed on him last time. Won’t make the same mistake again.

if you want 3 star hulk he is the reward for 100% exploring normal event quest this month
and he is not in the basic

They could've made it a 1 Star Hulk and made a ton of people happy .. but they didn't

og hulk isn’t in the basic, but you can get him from the three star pick a hulk nexus crystal or 100% normal eq this month
