An update is a number change. He has 2 pieces of extremely common utility. A number change is not going to make him usable whatsoever.

I'm planning to make this a series and wanted to make the first one quite easy in picking among the champion buff types. Some response conditioning/warm-up is ideal before we get into the more complicated ones.

Quake next plz. She obviously needs an overhaul. Bert MCOC was using her and she barely did anything to ROL WS. He was even doing the OP 5 combo strat.

Outside of arena, I don't expect anyone will. He's just one of the worst, if not the absolute worst, at all the things he can do.

This is a sort of community brainstorming post for potential future champion buffs. Picked an easy one to evaluate to start us off easy and we'll get to the more debatable characters later. Is that sensible enough for you?
