    I'm planning to make this a series and wanted to make the first one quite easy in picking among the champion buff types. Some response conditioning/warm-up is ideal before we get into the more complicated ones.

    Outside of arena, I don't expect anyone will. He's just one of the worst, if not the absolute worst, at all the things he can do.

    How is this even a question? He's a top 3 worst champion in the game and has literally 2 ABILITIES. He needs an entire overhaul without a doubt.

    This is a sort of community brainstorming post for potential future champion buffs. Picked an easy one to evaluate to start us off easy and we'll get to the more debatable characters later. Is that sensible enough for you?
