5.2.4 Punisher Bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
I know this shouldn't be at the top of the list for Kabam to fix or if it's just happening to me but, 5.2.4 Punisher has some kind of life steal. I'll try to get Screen shot or recording proof ASAP.

    That is optimist or pessimist. That is a node on Punisher for that quest

    those are above 75% Fury, Armor, and Power gain and below 25% correct me if wrong tho.
