Nick Fury starting the fight in his second phase directly

Nick Fury was fine till yesterday. It's only since today morning(20th November) that Nick Fury's doesn't have his persistent charge and he directly enters his second phase. This has happened in the side quest and also in the "Waning Moon" variant.
