Nick Fury Decoy not working in AW

I started my first AW fight and I was already loosing HP with my Fury. As If the decoy was already dead

    Started my first fight in aq and the same thing happened. In the fighting screen his decoy icon doesn’t even show up as well

    Started a fight against a NF and he wasnt in 2nd life and the tactical charges were still lasting for infinite

    Same happened to me. Just used my Nick Fury in war, and got no persistent charge. This needs to be fixed.

    This is happening to me regularly now as well in the Immortal Hulk chapter 3 quest 1 cavalier. Got video of it to.
