Dormammu Map 3… 3rd Special Attack. Activated or not?

It's probably an error, but Dormammu at Map 3 does not have an alert

All third specials are active in map 3 apart from symbioids, dormammu included. Only see the “a third special has been activated” node in story/event quests.
