Is Glass Cannon worth maxed out?

I recently unlocked glass cannon and is sitting at rank 1 I was wondering if it is worth maxing it out. But one of my champions is a stark spidey which is already low health so I was wondering if it should still be maxed

    I run max glass cannon, like many people do. As you get deeper in the game it makes sense, particularly in Act 6 where you're usually KO'd if you get caught with a combo either way...so you may as well benefit from the extra attack with it maxed!

    If you're a bit earlier in the game I suggest being honest about your own skill level. If you still get hit fairly often in fights hold at 1pt for now.

    It depends. Personally I feel that if you do not run suicides you should max out glass canon. The 5% or so extra attack after the initial point is worth it. But if you have suicides you already gain 60% attack. From ~63 to ~67% you do not notice it. And points are better spend in other places like willpower and coagulate. Or to bump up your deep wounds.
