You cannot farm higher level pots and revives. They are usually sent out as compensations, available in special calendars or special events. Watch out for the upcoming halls of healing, maybe you can get some from there for free.

They are also included in the offers you get after some (if not all) levels in monthly EQ

Compensation, Special Deals for completing content (such as Monthly EQ), Special Calendars, Special Events like Halls of Healing. Outside of the Monthly EQ completion deal, you can't rely on getting any of this regularly and that one will cost you units.

I'm not Thronebreaker yet but do either of the Level 3 Revives of Level 5 Health Potions show up in the Free Crystal?
