Game menu loads incorrectly with wrong dimensions

Description of the Issue: When the game loads the menu shows up for a device of a different dimension than my phone. The lower menu floats above the bottom of the screen and the left and right side elements are all brought in from the sides of the screen.

Made a quick video to show that it actually starts to load correctly, but at the 8-9 second mark, you can see the "Logging In" text suddenly shifts up and in.
Reinstall made no difference, my samsung s8 is fine
