Parry mastery change?

Did they change the parry mastery to only work with perfect block chance?

What do you mean? In my knowledge parry triggers a stun on a well timed block that is extended based on perfect block chance.

I thought the stun duration was 1.0 second regardless of block proficiency. And then increased by one.

Yep, something definitely wrong with Parry Description and it's numbers.

It's still working as normal, just the description is messed up.

it's not working, and I thought it would, so I spent 10k units in abyss because that was the only thing preventing me from doing it, but kabam and their dumb bugs cost me those units because it didn't work. compensation must be sent
