Calander rewards

On 8 December I claimed my calander rewards but on the next day, 9 December, it said that I didn't claim my past day rewards resulting in my calander being reseted and my day 31 reward confiscated. If you would want some proof showing that I did log in to my account on 8 December, you can ask my alliance members because I participated in the alliance war and quest on that day.

Calendar rewards are based on a “day” that is marked by a certain Time of Day, think it is 8pm US-EST (5pm US Pacific).
It is not based on Midnight for everyone, no matter where they live.

So maybe you last logged in during afternoon one day, and then next time was into late evening the following day. You could have missed the 24 hours that is considered a “day” (24 hours from 8pm to 8pm US-EST) in the game.
