I think he will place some debuffs on opponents as his abilities info.

Glancing is reducing Offensive Ability accuracy. Not defensive

i just finished cav eq with my 6* he was placing debuffs normally, depends on ur sig level sometimes u might get unlucky and not proc any debuffs

What debuffs are you expecting to place in this video? You do not have a Tech, Cosmic, or another Science Champ on the squad.

Mystic give a charge each time a buff is nullified or expires on opponent

Skill each time a debuff is gained consume a charge to purify it.

Mutant gain 1 charge after activating a special attack.

You need a tech for petrify, science for weakness, and/or cosmic for armor break.

So to be clear, you did not have tech or science champs on your team. As some have mentioned above, Cap IW places an armor break with a cosmic on the team, a petrify with a tech on the team, and a weakness with another science champ on the team. Cap himself does not count for the weakness debuff. The other classes also have very useful effects, but will not result in debuffs being placed.

I was going to mention this specifically. The other 3 classes don't put debuffs, but they're still useful, especially the skill one.
