Taps/clicks not registering?

So I was in the AW fighting a spidey symb, a minute into the fight I use my sp2 and I swear to god, I blocked right as soon as spidey got up, but my BW did not block.
Check out the video, I’m confident I blocked because half way through the hits that I was taking, my black widow started blocking hits.
