Donation records are gone

My job is record the alliance donation for whole team. Then I just found out that one of my mate donate some units on the record. For a while, the record remain empty. I thought maybe its my problem. Then I saw another mate donate some unit on the record,as well. When a minutes, I check out again. I found it disappeared again. It's definitely not my problem.pye0a3dq0ska.png
Does anyone encounter the same situation?

    Then you should know that every week it resets on Sunday

    The donations reset every Sunday. It's not a bug. It's coded that way. Every week it clears out and it starts over again.

    So the reset will not at a punctual time? It reset whole Sunday?

    Don't mention it again. I already know it resets every Sunday. Accurately, it reset at (GMT+8) 16:00. You not answer my question.

    I’ve checked ours, made some donations, waited several minutes, made some more, and it seems to be working normal for our alliance.

    Yeah, as Leiva says, it's normal from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, there is a little bit problem after reset. It seems like that record shows the previous week donation record, then disappear, then show up again. A little bit tricky.
