Deleted the game to re-download it, now can't access it or re-download it

Now all I get is this white-ish app icon, when I delete it and try to download again, it shows on the app store as if the app is still on the phone.

@Kabam Lyra I don’t know about you, but the creator of this thread is using iPhone.
