Where is the 10% t5cc crystal for this month?

Is it removed? Is it coming?

I hope it's not related to the EQ now as I am already 100% done with Cav difficulty and the side quest.

I had act 7 explored in about 26 hours, V6 within 7 hours of release to try and get the T5CC

Ended up with 50% more T5CC cosmic for my efforts. Which was useless to me. Even if the objective does appear this month, I’ll get cosmic

My only issue with that...is that you guys would have picked it up in gameplay anyway? That would amount to the gift that I was going to get anyway, when I wanted it, and instead left it alone cause my wife didn’t have any other gift ideas. Only to find out she got the wrong one.
