It's whatever really, free stuff, blah blah.. I just want to know the thought process behind the solo shards. Kabam is well aware and have acknowledged they're the most useless resource in the game, so why would they include them in this calendar? I'm not mad, just genuinely curious lol

As others have said, they most likely are in a meeting figuring out how or what to even reply with. Some stuff mods can jump on and reply or shut down easily, things like this thought prob require a few phone calls or a good zoom meeting to figure out what the next step is

As someone who works in a product/service based industry, I can assure you that this wouldn’t fly with anyone that I deal with, and I fully understand/reply (especially if it means communication during out of office hours).

I really try to avoid complaining about free stuff—and I think it's best in *most* cases to be happy about login rewards. This one is just flat out disappointing and deflating. Kabam was on a roll with a lot of good content this month and I was feeling excited about playing the game again—something I hadn't felt in a while. This calendar just set that back quite a bit.
my bet is that there are people in here in forums that would say "you should be happy it is free" even if that "coal" in gift was the only gift they get from kabaam
Initially, I thought its OK afterall they are free items. But rethinking about it made me realise nothing is free, the amount of money and time the summoners spend on progression is aimed at rewards ( same with your job and bonus increments etc.) and when those rewards are solo crystal shards, it stings. So the outrage is justified.
Additionally, I see moderators replying in bug threads, so my initial point of non working hours falls flat. It would have made a huge difference if they only could have had a protocol of acknowledging such huge outrage threads with a simple " we are looking into it and will reply by XX time".
Why will you guys still not respond to us? The disrespect shown for the community by breaking your own promise of more communication is unacceptable and unprofessional of Kabam! These are horrible business practices!

Game is supposed to run all days not only Monday to Friday. Do purchases are banned except communication at weekends? A serious multimillion worth company works 24/7. Think before you post.

That has everyone salty. And I agree. Those should have been 5/6 star shards. Solo crystals are a huge slap in the face.
Those rewards can obtain at normal event run.
