Hey everybody,

Sorry for the late reply. Last night was Sunday, and we're in a pretty busy time of the year. I've asked the team about this, and don't have any information yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we hear back.

Thanks but if it isn’t actually a mistake, it will show how out of touch Kabam is with the community because the fact that there are a GRAND TOTAL of 10k solo crystal shards which will likely be a 4 star sig stone speaks volumes by itself.

It may be a good sign that they haven't responded. It could mean that they are working out the issue. If the calendar were as intended, they would have just come out and said so by now.
Resolve what issue?... There is no issue... It s not bugged.. its not a mistake or there wouldnt be epoch shards.... Unless those solo shards got confused with 6* ones cause the colors in a chromatic scale are similar lol..
They are not responding cause they are probably as surprised as we are that the rewards are manure.
Calendars have been progression based for a while. This just feels like someone dropped the ball and sent the same rewards to everyone.

While it might be an overreaction to this specific instance, this is just 1 in a long line of missteps by kabam. The reason the roadmap came out earlier this year was due to a ton of tone deaf moves by the company. The gist of the roadmap release, was a mea culpa: we hear you, we understand that we have made a number of mistakes and will strive to do better... based solely on the last month, I say its been a massive fail. But yeah, its not to the 12.0 level solely based on this, but a progressive frustration.

+1, they were monumental gaffes. The calendar does suggest a certain tone deafness as to what players actually value though.

The solo crystals are ok as a token for merely playing the game. They're absolute drek as a celebratory reward, though.

Well considering the amount is still 10k i have a feeling its either 5* shards or epoch shards. With epoch being the less likely.
