Gifting event (PLEASE READ KABAM)

Hello Kabam,

I just gifted nine regular gifting crystals to my alliance members and for some reason it took 1,200 units from me and says I sent four greater gifting crystals. I would love it if I could get reimbursed for those units taken from me. My username is Stan11.25.

You probably give each member 9 crystals because if you choose 9 crystals in the beginning, every member you click will receive 9 crystals

Oh okay that would explain it mathematically, but when I look at the milestones for the event, it says I sent greater gifting crystals.

To send a ticket, open the game and click the gear shaped icon in the upper left corner, from there you can contact support. But to be honest, if the people you gifted opened those crystals..they probably won't help you.

when you're clumsy and blame kabam, The screenshot you have sent does not reflect anything, that appears to anyone in the game since they are the 2 featured objects that you can send, please take your time to read because you need it.

look even if you are tellinig the truth and they see this they wont refund, and frankly speaking they shouldnt refund... you did a mistake face the consequences...

just asking did anyone one of the person u gifted got a 6star nexus or 10k+ shards??? if yes , they may give ur 300 units back for tht 6star

No what he means is, you can see in the alliance event how many points you have contributed and see how many points GGC give and figure out how many you've sent.

15 units a peice at 150 points now he says they took 1200 units so then if it was ggc
1200/300=4
4x3000= 12000
But lesser or normal gc math is
1200/15=80
80X150=12000

If he sent a multiple of 300 units in either GGC or RGC, it would be impossible to tell based on the points, because both give 10 points per unit spent.

1200 units in RGC is the same amount of points as 1200 units in GGC. It's impossible to tell the difference
