Generic 2017 rank up 3-4 gem????

Can these be used on champs that came out 2016 or earlier? Since technically they didn’t come out after 2017. Or is it strictly the 2017 list only.

You can use it on any champ from 2017 and bellow. I recommend using them on newer ones as you can get the 2016 from other variant. You wouldn't want to remove champs from the list of 2016 with a 2017 gem.

just note you can’t use them on kang, labyrinth Ultron, and I think thanos as well
