Alliance MIlestone Rewards

In my alliance it says that I am eligible for Alliance Milestone/Rank rewards in 7 days. Currently, I have 7k points in the gifting solo event. Would this carry over to contribute to the alliance event after the 7 days/once I am eligible? In other words, will any (solo) gifting points that accumulate before the 7 days affect alliance rewards once I become eligible — after the 7 days?

Sorry, the announcements said that gifting will not count towards Alliance Event points until you have been in alliance for 14+ days.
Only gifting done after that point will go towards Ally event.
