Use up your robots first as they won't give him that 4th charge and thus won't be susceptible to the stun on block. Once those are used up then a lot of the other counters are listed already. For them you'll need to use intercepts and special dexing on. Lastly, Proxima can eat a block string without being stunned if you've got one beefy enough.
