Did you gift at any point before you qualified for your alliance's gifting event? If you gifted before being in the alliance for two weeks, those gifts would have only counted towards the solo gifting.

Hey Kabam, I send 3 greater gifting crystals to my teammates and can't participate in alliance event.. I spend 900 units and don't have rewards for that. I joined that alliance before gifting event starts, so where is the problem pls? I lost 550 units and another 2 crystals on that rewards... So pls fix it.. Thanks
