ISO-8 Shortage

I have always struggled to find iso but recently this has become unmanagable for me.
The game has been rewarding so many catalysts compared to iso and now its become pointless to try and clear content as I wont be able to level anyone up.

What do you guys think? Have you also been lacking iso recently more than before or is it the same as always?

Absolutely! Got so many catalysts expiring because I just don’t have the iso to take up characters. I’m not sure what the solution is though, maybe add some 4* shards to the higher tiers of monthly content?

I find it’s peaks and troughs. I go through patches where I pull several good champs in a short space of time so my iso store naturally gets depleted.

However I have a lot of long periods of no good champ pulls which means my iso store builds back up again. It’s all about resource management.

Iso is not that hard to farm though. You can go through smaller difficulties as long as the energy cost is manageable for you. Then just don't open those crystals. Once you have made a final mind to rank up a champ, go in to use those sharda to get iso. Now due to these awesome 4 star duel crystals, iso is a lot more manageable and that's how everyone does it these days.

I’m overflowing on T4B but I’m lacking Iso and T1A to do any rank ups and actually use the T4B.

We dont need the iso to lvl up ALL our champs restricted progression is ok, but the amount of iso we r receiving is so small. We need to get the old 1k 4* shards back from UC chapter completion and some more shards in the side events.

You get 4200 4* shards from UC EQ, which is quite a bit more than before so I dont see your problem

If we can sell ISO for gold, I think we should be able to buy ISO with gold. I have 14 million gold and I haven't had less than 10 million since October

Id really love to see t6 ISO burst it’s way through the door soon. They’ve been throwing some out there here and there but it is very minimal right now.

Would be nice to see dupes of 5* give like 12 t6 iso instead of 24 t5 iso, then dupes of 6* give 24 t6 iso instead of 24 t5 iso. Not sure if they’re scared of whales getting an insane amount of t6 iso or not but I wouldn’t see how it’s much different then them having an insane amount of t5 iso and gold lol

I swear that there is some shady stuff going on. In the past couple of months, I have opened 100's of premium crystals but haven't gotten even a single 4 star from it. The drop rate is so bad and it's almost always a 2 star and very very rarely a 3 star. If I am in the progress of ranking of ranking up a champion of a certain class, I always get a dupe of some other class when I open a 4 star for the sake of ISO. Not to mention the T1A drought. Kabam is trying real hard to stop our progress.

Just complete solo objectives, open crystals with ISO, and complete/explore story/Eventquests.

Believe me when you will pass to the 6* meta that won’t be enough.
I personally open multiple 4*s and 200k PHC shards for a single 6* rank up.
If you don’t whale on Cavalier crystals you will mathematically sure end up having unleveled 6* champs even if you live your life at arena.

If you’re cavalier the daily crystals provide tons of iso I literally got 15 3k iso from a batch of 10, that might not be “a lot” to rank up but for those who hoard daily crystals they really start to add up.

You get iso from the objective crystals and not the daily crystals. And the amount they provide is a nice bonus but it usually is barely enough to upgrade a 6 star by 1 level if you get lucky.

I think it's fine that there is a resource restricting your rankups, but I think it makes sense to increase iso rewards from 5 and 6*. Lower difficulty SQs have been great for iso but 5* should give a bit more

I think the best solution is to increase the iso drops from 5\6 stars. It’s ridiculous and wayyy past due. All the iso from a 4 star dupe gets a few levels at best on a Rank 1 6 star. Especially because 6 stars take so much iso, it’s silly that the amount didn’t increase with the demand. I don’t know why Kabam hasn’t commented on this either. I would really appreciate hearing their side on it.

The amount of iso it takes to level up 5* and 6* champs is ridiculous. Duping them should give way more iso than duping a 4*. I need to burn up 4 t5b over the next few weeks. I have zero iso after taking Sentinel to R3. So gonna be a slow grind to get that done.
