Which mutant is worth a rank up?

I have a couple of T4 mutant ccs in my overflow and these three are my only mutants worth looking at (other than a R5 Colossus). Which of the three is the most effective?

Out of those 3 Rogue.

But if you have a domino lying around, rank her up! She has caught a lot of positive vibes on the forums lately so she must be quite good.

Psylocke for sure, Sinister hits like a noodle. Rogue is also quite good, but Psylocke has more utility
