AQ bracket misplacement

What is the ETA on a fix for alliances that have been placed in the wrong bracket. My alliance is getting short changed on milestone glory and will miss the window to purchase items in the glory store if we do not receive the glory we regularly get from Incal milestones rewards. We’re also missing out on the Map 5 and Map 6 crystals obtained from the milestones. @Kabam Miike please give us a update on when a fix can be expected. I know it’s not your intention to screw alliances out of hard earned milestones. But it’s starting to feel that way going into day 4 of AQ.

    I feel like this is the kind of issue that Kabam should try to quickly fix even before you work on your next to arena and everything else you guys got going on. To leave the people in this alliance who have spent so much time and money on this game flailing in the wind is disrespectful enough but now when we don’t have the amount of Glory we should all have by now to buy items to continue in the in the “live” AQ event we are competing against other people in, we are now forced to spend units or money on units to continue if any of our champions have been K.o.’d. Please fix this and retroactively send what we would have received in the correct bracket please.

    Whats fuuny is thst if people got promoted a bracket by mistake the fix would happen quickly

    This thread will be closed soon, as they said they would update via another thread. However, I am hearing reports of folks getting replies to tickets stating it "should" be fixed by next AQ but the rewards are a loss.

    Yes, they are saying it'll be fixed by the start of next AQ session. Meaning they will do nothing and let everyone advance on their own, then claim they fixed it. Don't expect kabam to intentionally fix anything that isn't costing them income

    There hasn’t been a official update from Kabam in 4 days. Customer support is still saying the Game Team hasn’t given them a update on the issue as of a email response from customer services I received this morning. Its disheartening that this is taking extended time to figure out and zero communication for 4 days by both customer service and the Game Team. All I’m asking for is a “official” update on the situation. @Kabam Miike please take 5mins to update the community on the current progress of fixing brackets

    This has been brought up in multiple threads, and as soon as there are more details to share, we'll be sure to share them. We realize many are frustrated. I'm sorry that this hasn't been something that could be more quickly resolved.
