Last week got 5* Nick Fury, I rank 3 him immediately. I also have r3 unawakened CMM.
Right now, looking for skill champions as I have only r4 Sig 95 Blade as main skill in my roster.

Should I rank him up to r4 NF?

    I’d take him to rank 4 but take Ægon up to rank 5 first. Or 4 if you can’t get him to rank 5.

    Unduped fury is worth 1 below your top imho. If your team is all/mostly 4/55, leave him at 3/45. If you have plenty of 5/65, he will be alright at 4/55

    At your stage in the game, there's really no point taking up either Aegon or G2099. Trust me. You rather take up Black Widow Clair Voyant up to Rank 4, along with CMM or Venom.

    Venom is already at r4 and I love him, he is too good.
    I am currently exploring Act5 for 100% completion only collector quest and 5.3 is left.
    Also, I am thinking to push for Cavalier, just collecting some resources like units, revives.

    I am looking for more diversity and utilities.
