I have been struggling with the new Kabam support for weeks now and find it has gone from an adequate system to an intolerable one. its almost impossible to find a page where you can actually submit a support ticket and instead you get these lines of information which have been for the most part completely useless. I can't report a bug except on the forums, which I guess is fine, but I can't find anywhere where you can get kabam to help you use variant rank up gems, which are often unusable unless you contact kabam support. I have two of these expiring and even as I try to contact their support line, it requires completely arbitrary information such as my purchase history, which I I'm hard pressed to find and frankly is unnecessary information. I am completely out of faith in the system and I have a creeping suspicion that the "improvements" to the support system were designed to make it nearly impossible to get a support ticket.

You don't need an exact date of your account creation, just month and year worked for me. Since I'm F2P, the spending history was non existent!
This should be a note to everyone to save this information because you'll eventually need to contact support one day.
