Marvel plans on starting to get the ball rolling on their whole mutant storyline this year. From Kabam's heavy interest to mutants in game (whether it be AQ, new champ releases, and whatnot) mutant seems to be the focus of Kabam at the moment. Maybe this could possibly mean upcoming end credits scenes relating to mutants and the eventual X-Men. Just a thought

Could be introduced in WandaVision. Trailer scene showed maybe a flashback to her being experimented on with her brother. Maybe they explain that she was a mutant and the mind stone enhanced her mutation.
