Does EQ end one day after side quest or is the timer bugged?

Right now, my timer for the EQ is showing one extra day more than my side quest timer which has ~14 hours left as of this post. I thought new content / EQ always dropped Wednesday at 10am (which is ~14 hours from now.) Is the EQ timer just bugged?

Are you maybe inside a quest (EQ), and looking at the timer on top of your running quest panel (instead of the panel when you are NOT inside a running EQ) ?

If you’re not currently inside a quest, the 2 timers should say the same time.
