AI acting weirdly passive again

It's happening again where the AI in EQ, Story mode, Arena and Incursions just stands there waiting for you to attack (then instant parry), or just walks slowly towards you instead of attacking. It's not all the time, but enough to notice a change in the AI aggressiveness.

the insta parry one has been in the game for a while now. they claimed to have fixed it but it's still there and I've heard no on talk about it
