I dont know who you have but CGR is a good choice anyway its extra damage. But there aren't a ton in the cosmic class that need it off the top of my head. I would say Cmm, corvus and hyp take precedent but that is really it. And even still theyre kind of a toss up. I'd day if you want the silver stars, then do it.

CGR doesnt need the gem while as many other OP cosmics do

He's definitely worth a gem for that fate seal ability, but if you're going to keep opening features then you might want to wait for a natural dupe and save the gem til after the crystal's gone.
