I just pulled 5 star Prof.X,whom should I rank up,I am currently on act 6.1 and have no mutant in my team,but have mystic dispersion.Both are 5*s

Both are great and depends on what you need and like to play. I have both at 5/65 and they are so different in terms of what they do and who they are good against that I cannot advocate one over the other.
