Who does the best tier list?

Personally i am a fan of Taters’ Power Index. Would love to hear your thoughts as to why you prefer what you do.

Why? It helps people out thats all. Without any type of teir lists new people would rank up iron fist as opposed to corvus. I really don't see how teir lists are bad. When I first started teir lists helped me a lot and I progressed much better because of them.
They get bad when people only want to rank up “god tiers” and anyone else is a waste of resources
iHulk is the biggest victim of Tier List Devaluation. He was rated to be one of the worst characters in the game early on, and people didn't even test him before making opinions

if BG says a champ is bad I'm sorry, I'm just gonna trust his experience. BG HATES having champs with underused utility thrown under the bus like Red Skull

I did test him, used the 2* when farming alts during the holidays for units and I pulled a 2* Cull who I ended up using in Act 3 as IH was much harder (both were maxed 2*s unawakened). And it's even HARDER to test champs on my main cause I actually have to go out of my way to allocate resources to a test. That's why tier lists are all right with me, anyone can always test every champ but it would be too costly for most players. INSTEAD, we can benefit from players who have all these champs and do their best to test them

Why isn't Ghost on that tier list?
Taters teir list is pretty new so not all charcters have been fit in yet. I'm guessing she will land with quake tho

His is no synergy, and ghost isn’t close to quake without synergy (or even with, but that’s beside the point)

Without synergies captiw is just a damage champ no utility at all rogue has a regen and a power control and still does ok damage so yea in a pure sense rogue is there

Add synergies we have a different talk but tier lists of champions should rely on having another chanp

tbh unless you're sweadeh or happy Mcmuffins, its hard to use just decent pulls in endgame content. I mean at a certain point decent pulls just aren't worth using in endgame content for the average skilled player. I mean like take storm pyramid x, she's decent but for me she's still at a 5* r1. Cuz she wouldn't help me anywhere in late act 6, and I have better options. I dont have unlimited resources so I can't use them on these decent pulls when it wouldn't help me. Thats just how this game seems to be in later content. So unfortunately this decent pull is just delegated to arena points and nothing else

Yeah she does lose a lot of value without hood. I found that out when I couldn't do a couple of all or nothing type paths in act 6 without having him.

He is usable. Try to learn how to use him and come back. I know that he will never compete with Capiw or Torch or any of those champs. I also know Rogue and Capiw are not on the same level.

It is not a tier list per say, a power index taking numerical value rather than subjective opinions.

Then why did you call it a tier list? Rogue still isn't as good as Capiw

Because you don’t get the tier list @Crcrcrc. There are no synergies involved. CAIW’s sig is dependent on other team members. The tier list is just the champion by themselves, alone. No teammates, synergies, or boosts.
