Does anyone know...

For some reason, when I use certain champions against Ebony Maw, he causes all my attacks to miss (other than sp3), even without the falter on me. The 2 champs I've experienced this with is Ultron and Corvus. Does anyone know how this happens? If this is a bug, it happened a long time ago, so it might not happen anymore.
