Would Slumber still be as good/fun without the power lock?

Was using magneto on a run and didn't get the powerlock, was wondering which champs would be able to take advantage of a nice stun but no power lock, if any?

Don't say quake, as a quake main I know she would work exactly the same, and domino with the stun chain

There was one time the power lock didn’t trigger when I was using wasp (I have do idea why and assumed it was a bug) she still took him down quite easily because the best way to win that fight is only do heavies. He got very close to an sp2 but I killed him before he could get to an sp3.

I've used my R3 Corvus against him every time and not even come close to the stun timer running out. So if they got to an SP3, it wouldn't even matter.
