Awaken hyperion or Ice-Man?

I have completed RTL and ROL and Act 4 and currently working on exploring Act 5.2.

They are both good champs unduped. And their sig ability does make them a little better but i wouldn't use a generic awakening gem on them

I have both of them awakened. Used a signature gem on Hyperion and duped Iceman from a crystal.
So far I find Iceman to be much more useful in general than Hyperion. And his signature ability helps a lot with evading champs, the damage from coldsnap is nice, but nothing amazing. It is all about the evade for me.
If you have a generic gem though I would save it for someone else.

Thanks for the advice. Maybe i should provide more context to what characters/gems I have to help as well.As I actually have two generic gems.

Gems
Generic:2 (Saving one for Archangel)
Skill: (Saving for either Gewnpool or Blade)
Science: (Saving for Spidey)
Mystic: Saving for Voodoo

Other Unduped Champs (that would be applicable)
Wolverine (although i much prefer using my x23 and I am fine with having him unawakened)

Champs already duped (that would be applicable)
Scarlet Witch
Star Lord

I used a generic awakening gem on my wolverine and i don't regret It .his regen is just too strong.

Both champions are equally good and I really couldn’t choose between cable or ice man as I have both awakened both for dupeds depends on the fight!! But I do like my iceman but saying that an awakened cable is fun to fight with and powerful!!!!

If there was option for both I would choose that one but, you can't go wrong awaking either of them
