Cavalier tech bug - Dr Octopus

Dr Octopus does not stop heal and does not gets fury when he enables heal block on the opponent.
So, he has become useless for this quest. But he was quite good before.
Please, fix or return back working functionality and release new only after testing....

I'm sure you're noticing that even with the heal block the opponent is still getting green numbers. Something impossible if it actually we're healblock

Ok, but the debuf is the same. Anyway, it is called "Heal block". Even if it does not stop heal, it is called Heal Block.
Then, lets read the node description:

It says that I am getting fury whenever defender tries to gain health while Heal Blocked. "Heal Blocked" starts with uppercase because it is the name of the debuf. "Tries to gain health" means that defender enables heal, it does not say that the heal should be stopped.

So, according to the description and debuf applied, Dr Octopus must gain the fury, he meets all the requirements.

I think it’s very frustrating that they change the node, now all the good tech champs I’ve ranked up for this quest are useless for this node
