Since they are both not awakened I’d say Elsa. But if you have heimdell and Angela/Hela NF 6* goes up!

(Have the synergies at 5* or 6*)

NF unduped is just synergies and evade/miss counter. I would lean towards Elsa for this one. Obviously Nick if he was duped tho.

Even unduped, Nick does so much work with his bleeds. He also benefits your whole team with added damage. I have a duped 5* at r5 and an unduped 6* at r2 and I use them both.

Go with Nick, his synergy is useful, he is usable without awakening although not god tier.
Use Angela and Heimdal for fury buff.

Nick is clearly the better option and my first r3 was Elsa. Isn’t even close.

Unawakened, elsa has way better damage & more utility.
Awakened Nick Fury is undoubtedly better though
