24/7 Customer Service?

Can we expect that, with how big the player base is nowadays? Also with how much $$$$ KBM/Netmarble is making on this game?

They have 24/7 customer service via Support. This doesn't mean the Forums have to have 24/7 support.

There is zero customer service at anytime any day. Support tickets are useless and the forums are largely in moderated and provide little avenue for communication

Whether you believe they are helpful or not, is inconsequential. They are there 24/7.

They always respond even if it takes time to any issue of technical support that a ticket is sent in for, even if they are of no help.
On their own the game support suggests to move to the forums as an initial source for assistance on game issues, all they need is some well timed marketing spin response to issues to prevent the hysteria from their vast consumer base.
