What Does This Mean?

I got this message in arena and now I can’t even enter the screen to start the fights. I just keep getting kicked out. I tried restarting the app but nothing.

I've had that message before, but usually hitting ok restarts the game, loads me back in, and everything is fine. I think when I'm pressing buttons too fast, it gets confused and slows it down
